"i got this notebook in posh pink. i love it. its the perfect size. the screen is glossy and stylish. the lines/stripes makes the computer very unique. with windows 7 starter the internet it super fast. videos are clear in sound and in sight. theres 9 hours of battery life witch is pretty amazing for a mini. the webcam rocks! everything about it is amazing! i highly reccomend this to anyone who wants a netbook."

"I have really enjoyed my netbook. The only negative, which I knew when I bought it, is the mousepad which is not very responsive. But other than that it is a great little computer and I really enjoy using it. A friend has bought TWO on my recommendation."

"I purchased this laptop and at first was disappointed because it was so slow. I installed a memory upgrade (PC26400, 800mhz), and then made tweaks to XP using free tips found on the net such as black viper and it now runs a bit faster so I am pleased. Can't quite get the 9 hours of battery life, more like 6-7 (and I'm not doing anything other than itunes), hence the 4 star instead of 5 star. Overall, love the size for hauling it around, but will continue using my larger laptop for working at home for the screen size and capabilities. I read ratings on several independent seller's/consumer's websites before purchasing and found that useful - there is also a uTube video on the net for installing a memory card. Obviously due to the size, don't expect great speaker sound or the functionality of a full-size laptop. If you need portability, this is a great option. DEFINITELY upgrade the memory and purchase a slim DVD drive for backups (or hint-maybe this should come standard 2GB). :)"

"I purchased this a month ago for my significant other and I continue to hear nothing but great things! To list a few - The Battery Life is amazing! Everyone in class is jealous (including the professor), super speedy, and absolutely perfect! Upgrading to the 2G was really easy as I was able to do it myself. "I also own a Toshiba Satellite which I really love. So when I went to look for a mini, I was delighted to try-out the Toshiba Mini. I love the monitors on both of these computers. That is actually why I bought this mini. I looked at all the minis side by side at Best Buy and the Toshiba had the best monitor hands down. My only complaint is that when I am typing on the key board. . . actually of both of these computers, all at once the curser will jump to another location. I have to really watch it. I cant figure out why it does that. I know I am not touching anything else on the keyboard. If I could have anything at all work better on these computers, it would be that."

"Everyone i know is switching from the "other" brand and loves their toshiba. I wanted a toshiba but am somewhat disappointed at how slow it is running. Not sure if it is my cable or the netbook but too soon to reach out to you. Will know more when I get back to school."

"This is an awesome little computer. It does everything I want it to and more. It is worth every penny I spent on it. I think that the sound quality is good and the enlarged battery on the back is fine. I cannot believe other people bother to mention those two items because there is nothing I would change anout this little computer. It was a super investment."

"I'm very peased with my nb205. The keyboard is easy to use, the screen has great resloution and the battery life is everything I was promised. I did add the additional 1 gig (now have 2) and think that has made a difference in the unit's performance. Some people have had trouble working with the touchpad but after I lowered the sensitivity and disabled tapping, I haven't had any more trouble. Now that I realize that moving your finger to the left on the top of the touchpad will take you back a webpage, I really like that feature. Even my husband likes my mini as he'll pick it up and use it instead of booting up his bigger laptop."

"Im 13 and i bought this laptop ,and it works great for me. Except the touchpad on mine doesnt work very well ,so usually i use a cordless mouse. But my uncle purchased one and his touchpad works great so i will check into mine. But it is great because i like to go on my email, stardoll, and messenger to talk to family and friends. This laptop is very good for me, i love it! Im on it like 24/7!"
